Before proceeding to apply, make sure you meet the requirements for the application. Usually, the Master's Union seeks students who have a good academic record, proven leadership potential, and interest in business and technology for their undergraduate program. They also consider quantitative aptitude.

Apart from this, your communication skills, creativity, and teamwork are also critical. Though the requirements might change from one program to another, a solid undergraduate foundation and extracurricular achievements will do you good.

Masters' Union Application Process: Step-By-Step Application Process

Step 1: Complete the Application Online:

You must submit documents related to your past academic performance and other activities. Explore the range of documents required on our website!

Step 2: Online Scholarship Test:

You will receive an online scholarship test after getting confirmation on the shortlist. You are supposed to attempt the Masters' Union Scholarship Test from your home. It will be 2 hours long and include questions on data analysis, numerical ability, and logical reasoning. You are supposed to finish the test within 30 days. 

You will be further shortlisted for the in-person simulation and interview based on the test scores.

Is the test mandatory? Well, you also have the option to provide your JEE/IPMAT/SAT/CUET scores. In this case, the scholarship test becomes optional.

Step 3: In-Person Business Interview and Simulation

Once you are shortlisted for the interview, the admission team will contact you with all the details about the same.

For the in-person business simulation, you will be required to role-play as a CXO of a company and solve its business challenges in a team of 5-6 candidates. 

The personal interview will be a 1-1 conversation with one of their faculty or senior leadership.

The business simulation and interview will be conducted on the same day. These will be scheduled across major cities in India and over Zoom, only in exceptional cases.

Step 4: Final Admission Decision

After the interview, the admission team will respond with their decision, and the students will fall into three categories:

Accepted students will have 7-21 days for confirming their admission.
